I'm Rebecca, a Certified Life Coach (Life Purpose Institute), who helps people align who they are with how they spend their time. I’m an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach with additional training from New York University's Career Coaching program, Co-Active Coach Training Institute, and Designing Your Life.
I work with people at various career and life stages who are seeking greater alignment in their lives. My clients often come feeling disconnected from what truly matters to them or navigating important transitions. Through our partnership, I provide the structure, support, and practical strategies to help them gain clarity about their values and priorities, navigate changes with confidence, and create lives that better reflect who they are.
My approach to coaching is shaped by both professional expertise and personal experience. After graduating from Vanderbilt University, I spent almost a decade at Google, where I grew from intern to manager, navigating multiple internal transitions—from Global Business to People Operations, ultimately specializing in performance management, talent development and equity/inclusion.
While advancing in my career, my life transformed when my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Since my father's passing, she had been the sole caregiver for my brother with disabilities, and I suddenly found myself taking on this unexpected new role in my 20s. What became my proudest accomplishment and most challenging work resided in the most private corner of my life. I learned firsthand the importance of aligning who you are with how you spend your time, and that it's possible to design a life that authentically reflects your values, priorities, and dreams—even during challenging circumstances. This perspective is a critical foundation of my coaching philosophy.
